Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 2025

At Specialized Drone Shows, we are committed to delivering unforgettable aerial experiences. Due to the nature of customized, event-based services, we have established the following refund policy to protect both our clients and our operations.

Deposits and Payments

 

To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of [X]% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than [Y days] prior to the scheduled event date, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Client-Initiated Cancellations

 

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 30 days before the event:
    You may cancel with written notice. We will refund any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

  • 15–30 days before the event:
    You will be refunded 50% of the total event fee (excluding the deposit).

  • Less than 15 days before the event:
    No refunds will be issued.

     

Weather and Safety Conditions


Drone shows are subject to FAA regulations and are highly dependent on safe weather conditions. If we determine that the show must be canceled due to unsafe flying conditions, we will offer the following:
 

  • Option to reschedule at no additional cost (based on availability).

  • If rescheduling is not feasible, a partial refund may be issued (less non-refundable costs such as permitting, labor, travel, etc.).
     

We reserve the right to make this decision at any time up to and including the scheduled performance time.

Force Majeure

 

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
 

  • Natural disasters

  • Acts of God

  • Government restrictions or changes in FAA regulations

  • Public safety threats

  • Unexpected equipment failure despite routine maintenance
     

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be considered based on unrecoverable costs already incurred.
 

No-Show or Inaccessibility

 

If the client fails to provide access to the venue or does not show up for coordination without prior written notice, no refund will be issued.

Refund Process

 

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after confirmation of the refund.
